Privacy Policy

Mimiloo, LLC runs this website. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it. It is written plainly rather than in legal boilerplate, because a policy nobody can read protects nobody.

The short version

This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising, and does not track you across other websites. It counts page views anonymously so it is possible to know which pages people find useful. The only personal information collected is what you choose to type into the contact form, and that is used solely to reply to you.

What is collected

When you submit the contact form, you provide:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Optionally, your business name or website
• Whatever you write in the message field

That is the complete list. There is no account to create, nothing to log in to, and no newsletter signup.

What it is used for

To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the only purpose. Your information is never sold, rented, traded, or shared for marketing, and you will not be added to any mailing list.

Visitor measurement

This site uses Vercel Analytics to count page views. It is deliberately chosen because it is cookieless: it records the page visited, the referring site, the country, and the general device and browser type. It does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you, and cannot follow you to other websites. Visitors are counted using a temporary identifier that is discarded daily and cannot be traced back to a person.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered by email and land in an ordinary inbox. No database stores them. Three services are involved in running this site, each with their own privacy practices:

• Vercel hosts the site and provides the cookieless analytics described above. Like any web host, its servers record standard request information including IP addresses.
• Resend delivers contact form submissions as email.
• Google Workspace hosts the inbox those emails arrive in.

How long it is kept

Your message stays in the inbox the way any email does. If you would rather it did not, say so and it will be deleted.

Cookies and Do Not Track

This site sets no cookies, and the analytics described above work without them. Because there is no cross-site tracking to opt out of, Do Not Track browser signals do not change how the site behaves. If you would rather not be counted at all, any standard content blocker will stop the analytics request, and the site works normally without it.

Your choices

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email toni@mimiloo.com and it will be handled. No particular form of words is required.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. No information is knowingly collected from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be reflected here rather than announced quietly.
