Terms of Use
Last updated 15 September 2026
These terms cover your use of this website. They are short because this site is a portfolio with a contact form, not a product with accounts and transactions.
This is not your project agreement
Nothing here governs client work. If Mimiloo, LLC builds something for you, that engagement is covered by a separate written agreement setting out scope, price, timeline, ownership and everything else that matters. These terms apply only to browsing this website, and never override or substitute for that agreement.
Who is behind this site
This site is operated by Mimiloo, LLC, a California limited liability company in the San Francisco Bay Area. Reach it at toni@mimiloo.com.
Content and ownership
The design, code, text, and the Mimiloo name and mark belong to Mimiloo, LLC. You are welcome to read the site, share links to it, and quote briefly from it with attribution. You may not copy the design or substantial portions of the content to pass off as your own.
Work shown in the portfolio was produced for the clients named, who retain rights in their own brands, logos and content.
No guarantee about the information here
The site is provided as is. Reasonable care goes into keeping it accurate, but nothing on it is a warranty, a fixed quote, or professional advice. Timelines, service descriptions and availability can change, and anything binding will be in a signed agreement rather than on a web page.
Links to other sites
Portfolio links lead to sites run by other people. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and Mimiloo, LLC is not responsible for their content.
Using the contact form
Please send genuine enquiries. Do not use the form for spam, bulk marketing, or anything unlawful. Submitting a form does not create a contract or an obligation to take on your project, and how your information is handled is set out in the privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Mimiloo, LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts located there.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when they last were, and continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
